You do not want to mess around with the "fac_no_faction". The ID makes the modder and Taleworlds able to say that "no_faction" is supposed to do this and that, or put them in a quest or make an NPC say the name (the name thing is what it's used for the most). In Python it's a 'public' which means that it can be used in other files and scripts. The "no_faction" is the ID used of the faction.
